CelesteCon 2024 Senior Registration PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING THE FORM:
1) Remember that the email with which the form is filled will serve as the primary email for verification purposes. You will have to use this email later, so please keep track of it. Only one response is allowed per email address for the same reason.
2) If you are registering for different events as a part of different teams, say you are a part of one team for Event A and a part of another team for Event B, then you must fill the form under a different email address (for example, another team member's email). You can verify as one team and then contact the organisers to be assigned to the other team(s) after filling the form and joining the server.
3) If multiple teams from the same school are competing, each team must fill out their own form.
For example, if XYZ school has ten teams participating, each of the ten teams will have to fill out their own form.
4) If a team exceeds the maximum number of team members allowed in the event of choice, just the maximum number of team members prescribed by the particular event will be considered.
Say, if the team limit is set at three members but the participants have filled in the information for four, only the first three will be allowed to compete as a team, and the fourth contestant will not be considered.
5) Incase you wish to participate in an individual event/as an individual, please only fill in your details as Student #1 (leave the other Students' information as blank)
6) For Dimension III (for all the schools) and Cosmovate (for DPS R.K Puram students only) , if your team comprises of junior and senior students, the senior student must register on the Senior registration form (ie. this form).
Juniors: VI-VIII
Seniors: IX-XII
